Workshops

 At our workshops you will learn how to temper chocolate and make wonderfully hand crafted chocolate products which, depending on the theme of the workshop, might include hand roll truffles made from various delicious flavour combinations, special Valentine's hearts, beautiful flowers, filled and decorated chocolates or dramatic chocolate shards.  Once beautifully wrapped you can take your products home with you along with instructions and techniques to help you become creative at home!

MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE! 

Ingredients can be adapted for vegan & dairy free diets. Not suitable for anyone with severe food allergies

 At this special workshop you will be introduced to the BRAND NEW RUBY CHOCOLATE!

Developed over 13 years this chocolate, with no additives, is pink in colour with a

delightful fruity flavour! 

You will learn how to temper this exciting new chocolate and make heart shaped, decorated  chocolates with various delicious fillings chosen to complement the unique flavour of Ruby chocolate. 

You will also make chocolate 'shards' using transfer sheets for decoration.

At this workshop celebrate Easter by learning how to temper chocolate and make a
